Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Test Kit This kit is a collection of tests and tools that can be used to help verify the stability, reliability, and quality of a platform or device running Windows Embedded CE 6.0. This download is intended to be used on systems where Platform Builder for Windows Embedded CE 6 is not installed; however, it is the same kit as the one included in the Windows Embedded CE 6 product and is used in the same way.

Windows CE 5.0 Cumulative Product Update Rollup 2009 This is a set of updates for Windows CE 5.0 released up through December 31, 2009. These Microsoft Windows CE updates are fixes for Windows CE operating system problems you run into during the development and maintenance of your custom platform.

Standalone Test Kit This kit is a collection of tests and tools that can be used to help verify the stability, reliability, and quality of a platform or device running Windows CE 5.0. This download is intended to be used on systems where Windows CE 5.0 is not installed; however, it is the same kit as the one included in the Windows CE 5.0 product and is used in the same way. Most tests will focus around device drivers, however there are 3 new BSP level tests in this version, which you find under the OAL Category.

Only necessary if you are running Windows Vista. Update for Visual Studio that enables key features that are found in Visual Studio 2005 for the Windows Vista platform.

Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Platform Builder Service Pack 1
Update for CE 6.0 that provides updates to improve the debugging process. This is a necessary addition for Visual Studio 2005 in order to build a CE 6.0 R2 run-time image.

Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R2
Feature update for CE 6.0 that enables Windows Embedded CE 6.0 device makers to build small footprint devices that connect to Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. Also provides new features such as Voice over IP (VoIP) Video and Web Services on Devices (WSD).

Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3
